Accommodation.
Cemagi Residence is comprised of complete master bedroom with en suite bathroom and marble bathtub, as well as 2 guestrooms with an en suite bathroom, a living room, a spacious garden in the middle of the villa. Also it is provided with a dining area, living area, a kitchen area, and air conditioned media room with a complete entertainment set such as TV with satellite, music and more. The swimming pool is uniquely shaped in ‘L', overlooking the ocean. At the poolside, there is gazebo, loungers, garage, and access to the beach. All in all to rate accommodation is all provided in Cemagi Residence.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is situated upstairs right on the media room and kitchen building. The master bedroom is completed with and air condition, a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with indoor shower, sinks and marble bathtub as well as stylish built-in cupboard. The elegance is apparently added through its private deck / balcony completed with sun lounger and bean bag pillow and an unobstructed ocean view in a close distance. The wall is dominated by white color and glass doors, grey color curtains, and thus sunlight could easily beat a path to the room every morning you started to open your eyes but it keeps its coolness through the ceiling fan.
Guest Bedroom 1
Aside with the master bedroom, the guest bedroom 1 and the guest bedroom 2 is available. Both guest bedrooms are identical and located in a separated building from the master bedroom. Completed with an air conditioner, the guest bedroom 1 offers an en suite bathroom with indoor shower and sinks as well as stylish built-in cupboard. Curtains are provided in grey color aside with glass doors and white colored wall, a ceiling fan and bed side lamps. Complete amenities are also provided at the bathroom. What makes it more impressive is that the warm sunlight can easily come into the bedroom while you are waking up in the morning.
Guest Bedroom 2
Similarly designed as the guest bedroom 1, this guest bedroom 2 is located separately with the master bedroom, but it is not lessening the complete facilities offered. The guest bedroom 2 is completed with an air conditioner, an en suite bathroom, an indoor shower and sinks as well as stylish built-in cupboard. The living area is one of the most enthralling spots in Cemagi residence. The living area is overlooking the sea and guests can easily open the cover to enjoy the wind over the beach blows inside the living area. The swimming pool is right in front, and gazebo, tropical garden are all nearby. The living area is sharing a room with the media room, kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the evening sunset in a modern living set with a ceiling fan. Get ready of the piece of warm sunlight comes in the living area, and softly touches your skin while you are sitting on a comfy couch provided.
Dining Area
Having more than 5 people to have breakfast with you in? That's not a big deal. The dining area in Cemagi Residence is equipped for 10 people, perfect for having breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying the ocean view. Equipped with modern furniture made of teak wood materials, the dining area is giving the sense of natural area during the eating activity. To make an ease before enjoying meals, right next to the dining area, a kitchen is offered. Our in-house maid is available to assist the house chores like cooking and more. For another gratifying option, guests can shop some groceries and our in-house maid will prepare the meals. Guests will only need to pay some extra dollars for grocery shopping bills and other additional services of 20%. BBQ party will be accommodated too.
Kitchen
Adjoining the living room, the kitchen on Cemagi Residence offers complete amenities and facilities to cook and enjoy the meals during the holiday in Bali. This kitchen shares a building with the living area, the media room, the kitchen and the dining area. Right next to the kitchen, the dining area is provided, making an ease for guest to cook and then enjoy the meals cooked. Cooking activities will be one of the most interesting activities in Cemagi Residence as the kitchen is offered in elegant style, clean and well equipped. Once you don't want to do the house chores on your own, our in-house maids are available to do all.
Spacious Garden Area
Situated in the heart of the villa, a spacious garden area is offered. Perfect for guests making some events to celebrate special moments, the tropical garden has tropical plantations at the side, making the area shadier and lovely. Next to the garden, there is a guest bedroom with a shower, hand wash basin and toilet. Once guests having a special moment to celebrate, this garden is large enough to accommodate people celebrating specials moments. In the morning, the tropical garden is overwhelmed by warm sunlight, making it a great place to enjoy the warm. While in the evening it provides cool wind to enjoy.
Swimming Pool
The ‘L' swimming pool is offered in the front part of the building. With a unique ‘L' shape, the swimming pool is ready to guide you heading to a new experience of swimming in the tropical Bali. It is 20 meters long, overlooking the ocean and beach, offering a new impressive experience of swimming, sinking deep into the water and be tranquilized. There are 4 sun loungers at the poolside, enabling guests to sit relax while swimming. Also a big round lounger is provided near the pool, besides a gazebo by the pool to loosen up while watching the ocean. The gazebo is stylish, modern and is dominated by glass with 2 bean big pillows.
Events
The tropical garden is especially designed for guests to celebrate their special moments with all their family, relatives, special ones or friends. With the spacious area, the garden will suit all the needs of celebration to celebrate here. Whether it an anniversary, birthday party, gathering party, or just small but enjoyable events such as BBQ party, our villa has provided the equipment, starting from the grill, equipments up to the cocktails. Not only 5 or 7 people, guests can invite more than 10 people to come around, celebrating the best day in Bali.
Invitees can use bathroom that has been provided at the side of the garden, so that guests will feel free during the party going on. Our staffs are ready to assist right from the preparation of the party up to the finishing part, cleaning up all the dishes. Options are whether guests want to cook all the meals by themselves or having the maid cooks the meals by only giving some more dollars for the groceries shopping and some extra dollars for the maid.
